When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you're interested in, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising tools on this site.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service that transmits your message to our inbox. Web3Forms does not use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the submission to us.
We retain contact form submissions and client records only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill our engagement with you, and as required by applicable recordkeeping and tax laws. To request that we delete information you've submitted, email us at info@preptax.net.
